It is with heavy hearts that we announce that District Administrator Emeritus, Michael J. Serino, passed away on June 29 at the age of 87.  Mike served as DA for 22 years, was umpire in chief, section coordinator, state coordinator, and served on the Little League International Board of Directors.  His obituary appears below.  Please…
